Inés Medina: Tridimensionalidad pura at Galería José de la Mano, Madrid — 29 Oct–12 Dec 2026
Galería José de la Mano presents Inés Medina. Tridimensionalidad pura: la construcción de lo visible (Pure Three-Dimensionality: The Construction of the Visible), a solo exhibition of drawings, collages and paintings made between 1978 and 1995. According to the gallery, Medina built her work from points, vertical and horizontal lines and pure primary colours alone — no diagonals, curves or mixed hues — to explore how a flat surface can produce a sense of depth, and from the early 1980s used computers and printers to calculate proportions and colour saturation. The accompanying essay is by Sara Abisambra Borrero.
