Jessica Stockholder at Galería Max Estrella, Madrid — 12 Nov 2026–30 Jan 2027
Galería Max Estrella brings together recent work by Jessica Stockholder, the American artist known for pushing painting off the wall and into space through everyday objects, colour and architecture. The exhibition follows the solo show Cardinal Directions that Es Baluard Museu d’Art Contemporani de Palma devoted to her in 2025, and works shown on the gallery’s exhibition page date from 2003 to 2025. It is Stockholder’s third solo presentation at the gallery, after Clouds (2012) and Tied to be fit (2021).
