Mehmet Günyeli: Kader Denizi at Nurol Sanat Galerisi, Ankara — 23 Oct–14 Nov 2026
Nurol Sanat Galerisi in Kavaklıdere presents Kader Denizi (Sea of Fate), a solo photography exhibition by Mehmet Günyeli. According to the gallery, the series focuses on migration routes across the Mediterranean and is accompanied by texts by the critic and curator Beral Madra. Kader Denizi was shown at the 2011 Venice Biennale and is also one of the artist’s four photobooks. Günyeli’s work is held by İstanbul Modern, Borusan Contemporary, the Elgiz Museum and Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art in Doha.
