Tuba Şamlı: The Drowned Gods at x-ist, Istanbul — 15 Oct–14 Nov 2026

x-ist in Gümüşsuyu presents The Drowned Gods, the first solo exhibition of Tuba Şamlı: around twenty works in acrylic pen on paper, most made in 2026, that set Icarus, Prometheus and the Titans beside modern disasters such as the Challenger shuttle. Water becomes the place where human ambition, myth and power meet time — and where sinking may hold the possibility of another beginning.
